Sarah started practicing yoga in 2002, and obtained her Hatha 200 hour teacher certification in 2009. After continuing her studies and maintaining a home yoga practice, Sarah developed a yoga course for middle school students. In 2015, she completed training in prenatal and postnatal yoga and currently she teaches both of these in Elgin, Texas. Sarah's classes focus on intuitive movement and introspection, as well as the deepening connection between the mind and body. Sarah has also studied with Gary Kraftsow and utilizes yoga for stress relief and pain management.
