All solicitors may only conduct business door to door from 9AM – 5PM unless invited separately by the occupant of the premises. Also, any occupant may ask a solicitor to leave their premises. They may also post signs indicating “No soliciting” or “No solicitor” provided they are no more than two (2) sq. ft. in size and they must be obeyed by the solicitor. Vendors are located on private property and can conduct business from a trailer, tent, stand, or other similar uses. They will be located on property where an existing business is already in operation. All vendors may only conduct business from 9AM – 8PM. It is encouraged to verify if the vendor also has a license or license number issued from the Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). A license can be searched at for validity. Any City Permit or State Licensing does not ensure quality of work nor regarded as a recommendation to use the vendor.”
